Thats strange!!
I thought it maybe the the positive connector on the li-on's but you say they work in your GGTB.
I have some 3.6 ultrafires and these work fine as do my Tenergy Lifepo's
Do you think they may not be making a connection with the Atomizer pin worth checking especially if the positive connector on the battery is slightly recessed as the pin might be just making contact with the sleeve

Ya they work in a different mod.

Sorry, forgot what you said about the TB when I went to post.

Do the batts have the nipple or are they flat? Could be a centering issue. My GF bent the positive pin on her aluminum GG and was having inconsistent batt issues, but I would think that the batts would give before the SS. If they are flat top batts, you could try a small magnetic batt spacer on the positive side of the batt between the batt and the positive pin.

I am using the blue tenergy batts right now. Something must be tripping the PCB. Reset the bats by putting them in the charger and try a higher ohm, or just different, atty. That is the only thing I can think of.

If you have a multimeter or some way of checking resistance, check that atty. If it is in a UFS, you can just check at the connectors where it attaches to the GGTS. I think that the amp draw may be too high, but the Chem of the LiFeP04's has a high enough rating to fire the atty, but it is too much for the PCB on the Blues.

Are you trying to run an atty under 2 Ohm, if so they won't work, it trips the PCB into thinking there is a short with LR attys. Given that they work in your GGTB (if with the same atty) I honestly have no idea. I know mine won't fire 1.5 Ohm atys or dual coil cartos.

Here is a little more info;

SS GGTS- with green lifepo4 batts works and fires just fine. Using the blue 3.0 liion rcr 123a's no fire, these are not flat top batteries and it looks like they are making a good connection, I'm using the same atty and everything under both conditions.
