Terminology Question

I know this will sound very stupid to mostly everyone reading this but I'm sure there will be a few newbies like me who will be glad that I asked this question. What does PV stand for? I know it refers to an ecigarette but I have no idea as to the exact meaning and I don't want to keep guessing.

You can also move the curser over it and it will tell you. Like atty now put your cursor over it atomizer it should show.
