In the past the simple design made it a premium product. Now it just looks like a cheap knock-off.
Who knows - maybe this design is harder to copy? Doubt it!
I hear the new one supports I Tunes. You will be pleased with the Provari. Even if it's the new design. The constant, steady voltage is noticable compared to my other devices.
For me the performance quality and builder support makes it premium not because it looks like a screw driver or has circles in it. I don't get that it looks like a Chinese or cheap. I think someone hit it on the head when they said they were going for something that appealed to a more wider variety of users lets face it a lot of people don't want something that resembles a tool.
