TERRIBLE Experience

    I ordered two of the same vaporizer from FastTech (what a joke!) and they took over 3 months to arrive. They were both defective, as they would shut themselves off before the temperature could get above around 200 which is not hot enough to work. I told fasttech i wanted a refund as within 45 days of delivery still. They told me they can only refund money if items have not been used. How am i supposed to know the things don't work without using them first? I don't want replacements as these things are clearly cheap junk and i would have to pay the return shipping upfront which they tell me they would reimburse me eventually, but i don't trust them. Not worth my time. What are the odds that both vaporizers they sent me had the same defect? I think this company is knowingly sending out products that don't work. Avoid this product and this company would be my suggestion from my experience. Thanks for reading.
