We taste-vape ours right after four 30-minute heated sessions in the ultrasonic (having been shaken and uncapped briefly after each 30 minute session)...then again after a few days, then again after a couple of weeks (and then maybe again, for some tobaccos, after 4-5 weeks).
We primarily use these
Atomizers - Cisco Spec 2.5ohm Standard Resistance Atomizers - Avid Vaper or these
Atomizers - Cisco Spec 2.0ohm Low Resistance Atomizers - Avid Vaper for testing, and are THRILLED with them (thank you Hoosier/others, for the recommendation). Prime 'em with unflavored, then add 2-3 drops of the new mix, vape it gone, add 1-2 drops of unflavored, vape it gone...wallah, ready for a new flavor! We can test 3-8 different juices (depending on the intensity), before we have to switch to a different one. (We soak them in PGA to clean them, and don't tell anybody - but we very carefully dry burn the gunk off the coils after they've dried...by doing that we've had them last 4-5 months. And yeah, we fried a couple learning how to dry burn them 'safely').
We never make more than 10ml of any mix (no matter HOW wonderful it seems in the atty), until we've vaped at least one full ml in a tank. This is soSoSO important...as sometimes the ones that don't seem to 'make the cut' (or seem lackluster or weak), seem entirely different and/or much more flavorful after 20-40 hits. And sometimes the ones that seemed fantastic in the atty, turn out to be rather sickening after we've vaped 1/2 a tank.
