I'm in the process of talking my better half into let me make my own liquid, but i'm wondering what would be the best way to test them out....
I figured plenty folks would say use a 510 atty, that's what I do for simple testing but then I come across the post from Danny...

I use the cheapest 510 atty's I can find and just wad a small peace of cotton in it and drip on to it. I discard the cotton rinse and I'm ready for the next test. Very fast and easy.

Freaking brilliant!

Cotton balls will work just fine. Rip a very small peace and roll it between your thumb and pointer finger into a small ball. Then put it into the atty between the coil bridge and atty wall then saturate it with your test mix and vape. When your done and want to switch flavors use a needle and pull it out, discard it and rinse the atty under water shake it out real good and blow out excess water, dry burn it and put another wad of cotton ball in and your ready to go again.

Danny I've read a lot of your stuff regarding DIY and by and large I've gotten something useful from most of it.
So simple but so very obvious the use of a bit of cotton you describe has given me reason for a HUGE face-palm as in "Why didn't I think of that"! (-:

Danielie, do whut danny sez for your testing. Freaking brilliant.

That's why I love the bridged attys. The problem with the bridgeless is the cotton will fill the bottom and restrict airflow if you over load with juice. With a bridged atty you put the cotton on one side of the bridge (Between bridge and atty wall) and leave the other side of the bridge open (no cotton). You get strong natural flavor and great air flow and can vape for 15 - 20 minutes with just 4 - 5 drops (.05ml).
