hi guys me again :) so I was reading reviews online and saw on vaping 360.com that if you're vaping the quad coil you won't get much flavor if you're under 95 watts? Thoughts? Would this explain why I'm finding the crown better in taste? I'm vaping it at 70-85 watts, I did crank up the wattage to 95-100 and really didn't find that much of an improvement on the flavor. I've also played with air holes and just found the vapor gets warmer. Don't get me wrong I am getting good flavor but not as good as the crown. Most reviews state that the tfv4 should produce more flavor just wondering if I'm doing something wrong?

this is just my assumption since I do not have the TFV4 but the Crown is just better in terms of flavor compared to the TFV4. I'm sure someone who has both can help.

The ONLY similar thing I have that I probably even couldn't compare to the TFV4 is the Smok TF RTA...I've tried various builds on it but couldn't get the flavor I was looking for but that thing chucks some serious cloudz.

@rice721 it appears that way! I've been told tho the quad coil out of the bunch is the worst at producing flavor. We shall see. I'm still enjoying it nonetheless.

I've read that on the forums as well...seems like the triple coils produce the best flavor? Cannot remember for the life of me.
@rice721 I'm on my 6th tank with the quad coil and it seems that flavor is starting to come through a bit more. Thus coil is such a pig wouldn't surprise me if its just finally getting broken in now haha!!

I'm fairly certain you can take out your current coils (used, unused, or just primed) store them in some sort of zip lock bag and save them for a later date (I still have some Zephyrus V2 & Crown prebuilt coils stored somewhere in my kitchen).

I would re-prime those coils if you were to use them again in the future.

Saw a post from another member. That said to close off the air flow on the drip tip. I can not for the life of me remember who it was. Just about doubles the flavor for me. YMMV

@woodhippy yes I saw that as well. I've always had it closed.im about 8 tanks deep with the quad coil and it seems to be putting out a bit more flavor now :)
