@mj79 since I got the cleito my baby beast has been sitting gathering dust, just my opinion but I think the cleito has better flavour :)

Yea I really like my cleito 120, but I need to expand!! About 15 different e liquids and getting different flavors bi weekly and only 2 tanks!.

I will say I loves the baby beast, until I vaped on the BBB.. so much more airflow and the bigger tank is a huge plus! Only thing I really don't like is the filler hole , wish it was bigger, as there are quite a few drippers and bottles that won't fit,

That's why I gave up on droppers way back and changed to unicorn bottles. Way better on just about every tank I have, and certainly for this one.

Ok , so I don't know if I'm having a problem with my tank or what but... A few weeks ago I threw in a new t8 coil in my baby beast ( .15 ) and it read .26... I kept trying and trying removed it from my alien, clicked the fire button so it displayed no coil, then would try again, read .246, then .28..

Today I just threw in a brand new x4 coil ( .15 ) and it's doing the same thing. It's reading .228, removed it from the mod after a few puffs, and it reads .246.... I don't remember either the q2 or t8 being much more than .01 off.. ex , the q2 ( .4 ) would read like .405, or .411..

Have you checked and cleaned the 510 on both the tank and mod? Sometimes a bit of grunge builds up and might give you funky resistance readings. My general experience with factory coils is a variance as high as 0.1 happens anyway, especially the higher ohm type coils. When you're getting down to 0.15 ohm, a little more consistency is reasonable to expect.

Wait, which is reading .508, the .15 coil?? For me cleaning off the 510 is usually just a damp paper towel, and for the 510 connector on the mod either a scrunched up tip of a paper towel, or if I'm getting really scientific about it, a Q tip, maybe with a little bit of isopropyl alcohol on it.

But a .15 coil reading 0.5 is a real problem. Maybe really clean out the tank base, check over the bottom of the coil too and see if there's anything built up on it.

I'm starting to think the 510 on the baby beast itself is the issue? That's 3 coils with wonky readings the pin is a little stiff, but does protrude from the threads on the tank..

The BBB, cleito 120, Nautilus mini , CB, all read pretty dead on , with just minor variation when hot/cold..

This one changes constantly. And eskie, it's the baby that's reading .508 now on the x4 coil..

Everything else is just fine it seems. Time to order up that smok spiral, and cleito tank I guess

If a mod is reading all your other tanks without a problem, and gettin .5 on a .15 ohm coil, the problem is the mod (somewhere in the base) and/or the coil. Have you swapped in another coil just to be sure it's not a dud coil you're trying to use?

The the last 2 t8s, and this t4 .. I'm only buying one of each atm just to see what coil I like best.. I don't have anymore on me tho.. drawer full for cleito 120, CB , and Nautilus tanks tho.. :)

So unless it's been 3 bad coils in a row, it has to be the base... I doubt smok can do anything , nor can vapenw where I bought it all, but maybe worth a shot?

You can try, but my experience is no warranty on stuff like tanks. Still VapeNW might be OK with replacing it if it's newly purchased, so I would still pursue it. And if they say no, you're in worse shape than before. At least you've got the other tanks, and you do have the BBB, which is my preference anyway for capacity.

Hey guys, just curious how thisbtank performs at the 40-50w level. Obviously it depends on what coil you're using, but I was looking for a vapor production tank for my Pico that won't be in the upper limits of the battery/mod. I have a smok spirals that I run the 0.6 coils on, so I guess I could try the 0.3 but I figured a tfv8 might get me better performance.

Thoughts?

I run my Baby Beast with the Quad X4 coils at 30 watts and even though it is rate for much higher wattage I have found no reason to run it higher. 10,000 puffs on the first one.
I think you've stated this at least 20 times. I run my X4's at 45w and I'm happy with the flavour, vapor and coil longevity.

People are all different.
