Been lurking and learning here for the past three weeks. After grappling with the learning curve and considering all the various recommended starting approaches I got my Ego PV with an assortment of juices.
I was a heavy smoker for over 25 years. Smoking killed my father, my grandfather and my favorite uncle and I thought it was likely going to get me as well. After starting vaporizing I have not had a serious craving for a cigarette. Now that my sense of smell and taste are returning I cannot stand to drive around in my car due to the residual cigarette odor. Food is tasting better. One week in and so far so good.
