Thank you to anyone who posts in here especially the veterans to DIY because this information is priceless. If anyone who hasn't found this forum and they're trying to mix up juice they're missing a key ingredient, knowledge!
I've probably read this entire subforum and at times felt drunk with information. I became a ecf junkie and no matter where else I looked no info compared to this database. After many head scratching moments and failed attempts I finally masterminded several delicious recipes with the help of this forum. That being said it wouldn't be possible without everyone who has contributed and for that I cannot thank you enough!!

Glad the info here helped.

I know it was a great help when I started. Granted I ignored quite a bit of it and had to verify stuff the hardway, but the folks here helped me bunches. That's the true wonder of this forum, and specifically this sub, that folks are fairly willing to pass their knowledge along to the next set of newbies to come along.

Believe it or not new mixers posting on here used to be uncommon enough that everyone noticed a new handle. Now they come and go so fast I really can't keep up. But somehow this sub continues on helping despite different senses of taste and different mixing styles.
