Looks like Section 9 of the VT legislation (H 747), which would have banned Internet purchase/sale/delivery of e-cigarettes, is now dead!!!!!!!

An hour ago, CASAA's Greg Conley received the following e-mail.

I think every step to out-do BS, is a positive step, and an additional piece of backbone to support the rest of the vaping world.

Thank you for the kind words, but I was only on the front line of the campaign. Our big reason for killing this is that two Vermont-based e-cigarette companies would have been effectively shut down by the bill.

As I was joking with a vendor last night, we need e-cigarette companies in every state. Who wants to start one in North Dakota?
