Thank you too V4l. I recieved my replacements to my closed thread plus a boat load more. Everything works fine including the PCC. I am enjoying all the non tobacco flavors you sent me, the first time since I started to vape. I have directed 2 buddies of mine to you all for their first PV's, which will be a great thing for them. You all did a great job and I thank you for your efforts and standing up like you did. I wish my other thread would not have been locked so this could have gone full circle in the same thread.

Glad to hear things worked out so good for you. I work in CS really hard CS. I've done everything from get people a hotel in a country where they don't speak the language when their original over booked, to defusing situations when venders botched a 30k kitchen design order. I am no soft touch when it comes to CS. V4L managed to impress me twice in three days. There are other good companies out there but few compare to this one.
