I reviced my Protege when it 1st came out. My switch went bad. Sent it in and recived a new switch. I fried that one the next day. I e-mailed Casey she got right back to me. I sent my Protege in alone with the atties I was using. They wanted to see my stuff so they could find out why this was going on. I recived it back today. They sent a note on why this was going on. My atties were the cause. I was putting mine attie to tight. They sent me a attie for the one that was fried by my Protege. They have done nothing but take care of me. They just fixed it. They did not say it was my fault. They just stood by what they sell and say. They made me a happy. For people who do not think they do a good job, in my opinon you, you are wrong. They do a great job. No I am not a fan boy. I spend money with others also. I do and will chose to get more from Steve and Casey. They care about what they sell and the people who spend money with them. So "thanks". If ever in MN let me know.
