I think what should have been done is PS send the unit back to the original buyer and then buyer send to new buyer. If unit didnt work, orig buyer should have dealt with PS on the issue untill the device was fixed properly before trying to see the device to begin with.
OR
the case that stands now, the orig seller should have refunded the new buyer for her purchase price and she send the device back to orig seller..
That would make the most sense to me..
