I wanted to thank yall for all the help, tips, and hints last week. I got my new RSSTs, 400 mesh, and 28 wire Friday.
Did a quick refresher course on youtube for everything, and built my first coil and wick. I burned the mesh first to clean anything off it and then rolled it. I am NOT good at wick rolling. I ended up rolling it with a paper clip and then just working it until it fit. Coil wrapping was fairly easy for me though, thanks to all the vids and tutorials I read.
Even though I oxidized it some, I still used the pulse method to get it going.
Not too bad
vaped it for a while…then built the second. And ALREADY it came out better…and took me less than 10 mins.
Decided that I don’t really want my new, awesome vape to be rolling around in my truck…so made up a couple of quick cup holders for both rides. Again….the second one came out better…so I’m remaking the first:
