I placed an order with fastech on Jan 22nd. Just got it today. A month later. Besides the obviously long wait, the REAL problem is what they sent me.

I ordered an iClear30B, some coils for it, about 5 drip tips, and 50 pre-wired coils

What did I get?

1 weird drip tip which I didn't order

1 Magneto Mech mod (which is nice, but hell they could have sent me a battery with it too, lol, I've never used a mech, and I don't have any batteries for it)

5 weird computer chip things. I have no idea what they are, how to use them, and I don't really want to know....I just want my order.

I guess I contact customer support? Do they even speak english?

Okay, I found where to go to report WRong Orders. I had to take a few pictures, make a ticket, and probably wait god knows how long to ever hear back from them. Sigh.....my first , and last time ever ordering from this company (or outside of the US).

If they want me to ship these items back, they, and me are out of luck...I'm not paying to ship anything to China.

I've probably ordered over 100 vape related items, and never once had an incident like this. I order ONCE from fast tech, and this is what I get. lol!

lol, anyone order a magneto mechanical mod (brass), a caravela drip tip, and 5 USB flashlight chips (yea, I actually found out what they are. Tiny chips you plug into your USB socket on your computer, and they blind you for 5 minutes).

I'll gladly trade you for MY order. THanks!

It's very rare that a post makes me angry, but you have managed to.

Because this is a civil forum, I will not say what I think of someone who receives an order, obviously sent to him by mistake, and proceeds to post so proudly about his total ignorance of what mature, responsible, thinking people do when they receive something in the mail that clearly does not belong to them.

That being said I've been waiting two weeks for several items to restock in which I have paid for already and at the time of purchase stock was ok, so ........ I figure it'll be another week for my order to be complete and they can finally ship it which will take perhaps another 2, but that is what it is......

Was that directed at me? Did I somehow do something wrong, or miss something?


I didn't open anyone's mail. Fasttech sent this to ME, under MY name, and I assumed it was my order. I came on here frustrated and seeking help to figure out what to do, to which I realized on my own to make a ticket.

Maybe it was directed at someone else, I don't know?

Anyway, fast tech still hasn't contacted me back....

They will fix your order. I think you have to open a ticket and from my understanding its 24 hours they respond. I understand you being frustrated, but anyone ordering from Fasttech knows it takes weeks to get your order. A month is about average because it comes from China and yes they speak English.

U can get an order in Eastern USA within 7 days if U use their epacket free shipping...

They warranty all their products for 60 days....free returns and return shipping to Miami...1 day refunds...super cheap prices...many Genuine Authentic items....what more do U want?....just be patient and don't watch the trackers...

I would have liked my actual order being sent to me. I would have liked 2-3 weeks shipping, like I expected, instead of OVER a month. I would have liked being contacted back after filing a ticket.

But hey, I guess I'm just spoiled by vendors who actually do a decent job. My bad :)

I would like to hit the lottery too but U don't always get what U want..

Glad U live in a perfect world and never had any problems before in your life..Companies are ppl, and they make mistakes sometimes as do all shippers...and you need to know how China companies and shippers work before U order from them and save half your paycheck..ppl who do their homework first have no problems there..if U want a USA experience then buy from the USA and pay triple...

BTW..and USPS screws up all the time too, and so do USA companies..unless U live in that perfect world..

also..when U opened a ticket with FT, they told U exactly how long it would take to get back to you..U are not their only customer..

Wow, does fast tech pay you to come on here and defend them so eagerly and blindly?

First of all, I did my homework. I'm not the type of consumer who blindly rushes into the buying process....I actually do my research and homework, and make a decision based on that.

Had my actual order been sent, or even my TICKET RESPONDED TO, I would have accepted their apology and realized mistakes happen.

Tell me, how much research should I have done in order to receive the correct order from fast tech? How many hours of research does it take to acquire your actual order? That IS what you are claiming, right? That if only I researched the company more, I some how would have gotten my order, or a response from fast tech?


Also, US companies don't charge triple (3 TIMES) what fast tech charges. If they are, you are being ripped off, and I suggest 'you' do more research ;)


It is unbelievable to attack someone who comes on here asking for advice on how to fix a situation that someone else messed up (fast tech).

Anyway, some people will defend to the death whatever it is they identify with, just don't force your naivety on me!

my brother ordered a chi you clone and received a nemesis clone. Not a huge deal as he actually likes it alot but still odd lol



I learned my lesson :) In that case, at least he got something similar, in my case, however, I got entirely different products, and some things which aren't even e-cig related :(

Anyway, lesson learned. I took a plunge, and decided to test the waters and see how things go. Fast tech just isn't for me.

I learned for ME, PERSONALLY, the US vendors I've been using for almost a year are a MUCH better option. I would rather spend a few dollars extra, and have the comfort of knowing that I'll receive the correct order, and if I ever need to talk to someone, I can e-mail them and they'll respond back within hours. To me, that is worth the extra dollar or two I'd save, hands down. Not to mention I won't have to wait 40+ days to get an order.

Everyone is different, and I definitely understand why some people choose to order fast tech. It just isn't for me.

Wow. That could have all been handled so much better by the OP (classwife was talking to you too, buddy) and the people who were responding to the OP.

FastTech messed up. It happens. U.S. vendors mess up too. Like most U.S. vendors, and unlike most Chinese vendors, FastTech does correct mistakes. They respond to tickets (in the order in which they were received). I'm not sure why you expected a quick ship time...I'm guessing you've never ordered from china before? or perhaps you picked a slower shipping option?

Everything will turn out all right. Just save your packaging, and take pictures of everything. Best of luck to you.
