Hi im brand new here and very excited. Its nice to see a forum that has such constructive replies to many questions ive had so I decided to join. I quit smoking about a year ago and snickered at the guys in the vape shop talking about mods and ohms and attys. Now, my tool box is full and my collection of mods tanks attys and juice is ever growing lol so I guess jokes on me. So now im delving into modding and im not a start slow kinda guy. I like the okr10 design but have a few questions. Can I add a charging board if I isolate the batteries on a switch instead of using the series to parallel switch method? And also as far as I can see itd be fine to run the okr with dual 26650s instead of 18s but am I wrong? Any help on my first box mod is very appreciated and again thank u guys for having me!

Hi, Crane, welcome to ECF!

I suspect this thread will get moved out of "simple solutions" to the general "New Members" forum, though.

Electrically, you can substitute 26650 batteries for 18650's. The voltages are the same; max currents and maH are usually higher for the 26650's.

Don't know about the charging board question, as I'm not exactly sure what you're suggesting.
