Fairly new to vaping and have tried a few online suppliers. Had a issue with a battery. Posted a ticket and 'presto,' no fuss, no dicking around .... a new battery is on the way.

I can't tell how much it pains me that your not supplying to Canadians anymore.

Not very many suppliers on this forum that have nailed customer service and satisfaction how mad vapes has.

Definitely the only one that every customer is so happy we need to say thank you in our own thread lol

MadVapes has been my main supplier of DIY parts and now cartos, these guys have done it right all the way through. I've been very pleased with every part I've purchased, no DOA's on anything. I had a similar experience with them. They are a top notch company for sure. No other Pv supplies I have ordered from other suppliers have been shipped so fast or efficiently.
