Just wanted to say thanks for the prompt resolution to my Support Ticket.
I submitted the ticket after hours on Fri. and received a reply and resolution first thing Monday.
First time I've needed to use one in over a year of ordering.
I was impressed by the prompt reply.
Thanks again.
