Ticket System Down?

Mesa, AZ...off the analogs for years!
I've sent two tickets to CS regarding an order error and have not received an auto reply with a ticket number from either one. I don't have a filter on the email account I used.

After submitting, the page returned says it's gone through and an email with a number has been sent but it hasn't. How do I check without a number?

I just tested it and it seems to be working fine. I immediately received a ticket number.

did you send to an external email addy? i tried 2 different email addys checked spam box and had the network guys here check for bounces and no bounce-back or filter on those. also i receive other emails from V4L on both of those email accounts. if you sent to an internal email address (depending on your setup) the email isn't sent over the internet it simply routes through your network to the recipient. just a thought...
