I just want to thank you all at V4L for the fabulous service I have received on the 3 orders I have placed. Shipping was super fast and I appreciate the samples. I'm still sorta new, only a bit over a month into vaping, so those samples really helped me branch out into new flavors.

I especially want to thank you for the prompt resolution to a battery issue I had from my first order.

Because of the wonderful service and products I have received, I have shared the word with several friends, family members and co-workers who were enthralled by my new "toys". 3 of them have now placed orders and several more plan to as money allows.

I know there are lots of other models out there, and so many talk about upgrading. But for me, the simplicity of V4L's model and cartos made my transition away from analogs so pleasant that I have no desire to change vendors. I keep 3 batteries with me at all times: 1 in my pocket, 1 in the PCC, and 1 in my regular case with my variety of cartos. They keep me going all day and I love switching battery colors :w00t:.

So, yeah, thank you guys! You're the best! :toast:
 
I received my package as well today! I'm totally stoked. I ordered some XL manual batts, 1 in black and 1 in pink. They'd run out of the pink ones, so not only did they throw in a regular pink one, they added two extra XL batts, 1 in blue and another black. Added some extra sample cartos to boot. I am a happy camper. Thank you so much V4L. You guys do rock!!!!

Can't wait for the order I placed yesterday to get here!

I have had so many orders (I can't even say how many) with V4L with very few mistakes - and every mistake was quicky fixed above and beyond. Yeah, I love the customer service here!

I agree 100%. I have really only had two issues and one was taken care of on my next order and the other was fixed before it was even shipped out by Mark personally. I have been so satisfied by V4L that I can't even express how much I like this company.
