I have to thank v4l for sending my replacement batteries, so quickly! The batts went bad Thursday (I think), opened a ticket friday,got them this morning!! How awesome is that!! They will make anything right! I also got my manual batt, when they accidentally sent me an auto. Very quick, rad service!!! Can't say it enough!
