Thanksgiving story contest ends 11/23/13

Thanksgiving is always one of the more overlooked holidays it seems. It's always been about family, friends, and giving back to others to me. Figured no better way to celebrate it than to give out a prize based around a starter kit (stick batts, charger, cartos, all things related to the first steps in vaping). Have put together a nice collections of items to form a very special kit for someone in your life you might want to help get away from analogs. So this is a prize meant to be paid forward in the true spirit of the holiday. Simply add the next line to the story, you can not reply to yourself is the only caveat, but you may post as many times as you wish.

Thomas was on his way to the grocery store when....

All of a sudden while crossing the street he saw a turkey walking along the side of the road

He's thinking, "Is this really happening or am I having a flashback.......?"

Because he can remember the last time he saw a turkey walking around in the city streets, it was back when....

He was in college and someone had told that the pizza with mushrooms was part of the welcoming to his fraternity..... However.....

Someone in the frat house didnt like mushrooms and also owned a pet turkey

He was wondering what to do as people were pulling their cars over to try to chase the bird down on foot.....I have to do something he thought, and then.......

All of a sudden he realized he left the house without wearing shoes! He was already too far on his journey to turn back though so instead. ...

He got off the sidewalk onto a grassy stretch alongside the road and decided to try to get about fifty feet in front of the turkey in an attempt to head him right into his path,however he did not anticipate the speed at which the bird was moving......

"What do I do now?" he wondered, as the bird was now flying at warp speed right towards him!

He stood there dumbfounded and right before impact threw his hands up and.....

and before he knew it they were both in front of bakery!

The turkey must have hit him with such force that they both flew, getting his landlegs about him he ....

Grabbed hold of one of the birds legs and hung on for dear life as it made more noise than he thought possible......panicking, he.........

he of course fell off of the huge bird, which was flying so fast that they were way above the clouds when he started dropping to the ground.
