There is no tobacco in Castle Long Reserve
I ordered from NET.com right before 5P so it was on my mind. i got it and...ya the subtle smokiness from the barrels made me think it was a tobac.
I'll try again. Gambit the apple pie one i liked. interesting mix of flavors. Absolute Pin is Absolute $%** hahaa but i dont like absinthe. These were 1st day recvd so i'll wait a few more days til 14 days. still have to try the other 3 in the sampler.
I'm curious about the strawberry flavored one- can't remember what it's called, but it's supposed to be a real fresh strawberry flavor instead of candied.
yes to reo, kayfun and also the aqua tank. mostly with hemp fibers. I also have a genny or two still set up with the porous ceramic. flavor from the genny & ceramic is still one of the best, but hemp micro's in the kayfun & aqua are very very close. all in all I prefer the bottom coil attys slightly more just because they are easier and a little more consistant.
haven't purchased any of the samples myself, just the 30ml size and it had that weird flavor in it.
totally agree with both statements. the five pawn juice is different and seems to be of very hi quality, and like you said, if it weren't for that back round flavor I think I would really like it. also agree on the VV juice, its not to good imo, to me it has an alcohol & plastic taste.
yes, i hear you...I've been curious about using hemp in my kfl....the bottom coils are really great, but they don't give me much of a throat hit, and though the flavor is very good in the kfl..I still prefer the gennys...maybe vertical coils and hemp in the kfl will change that.
I was getting excited about the order I made of whatever the Five Pawns mint flavor is. I tell you what, it is expensive, but I really am a fan of presentation, and they do it right by the looks of things. I ordered mine from a site that had pre oxidized wicks, small lengths of ribbon kanthal and all different grades of SS mesh. I also got a jar of something called Flavorz by Joe? But let me ask this: do Any of you think that some juices taste really different when vaped out of say...a Kayfun vs. Doodlebug or other genesis? I've heard poems say that, but I no longer have any silica attys.

I think Queenside is by far their best flavor. My brother loves the Reserve, but I am not a fan. It's a high quality juice, and well made, but it just doesn't turn my crank. Queenside on the other hand, I would bathe in it!.
I have noticed that it seems as if they use ethanol somewhere in their process. Either to make their flavor extracts, or to thin their liquid. Their reserve tastes more like vaping a bourbon than a tobacco flavor. Steeping open top may help reduce this flavor.

its funny that you mentioned the vert in the kayfun. until recently I had been running this very same set up and although the flavor & vapor was really good and perhaps slightly better then a standard horizontal micro, I found the TH was definitely lacking. im now using the twisted ribbon (mundy's majic wire) with just a standard micro and its been about the best set up so far in the kfun. even with the coil sitting a little higher off the deck your still lacking TH? anyways, yes its still hard to beat the all around performance of a well set up genny for sure.
I gotta say, I was using a ceramic wick in my kfl ....the monkey bar wick...and I probablly had the coil to close to the deck, and most likely why the throat hit was so mild.

In regards to the nasty flavor some people taste in 5 pawns juice.
I recently watched a film made in scotland about top shelf scotch whiskey. Where they said in order to perfectly replacate the taste of a good scotch you would have to perfectly replecate the still it was made in....as these stills were handmade they said you would have to replecate the placement and size of every dent, made by the coppersmith when he made the still......amazing.
I bought a pulse G atomizer....I thought about it alot..I don't collect high end attys,I've vaped gennys with ceramics for a year, but cheap attys...... so this was a special purchase, but logic told me this atty with it's very small chamber would give great flavor...I was right..I bought it before any reveiws came out,because they were in stock and i didn't know if i'd get another chance. a week later i was watching Todd's reviews and he reviewed the pulse g in october, and he said it was the best atty he had reviewed this year.mind you this is after he had reviewed the kraken, and the steam turbine.he said it put alot of must have devices to shame.Todd is a vaper I trust, he has vaped on almost everything out there. I felt to baptize my new purchase I would try a high end juice so i got a bottle of absolute pin from 5 pawns.....I was blown away it was beautiful juice, and it remains my daily vape.I've vaped this juice from 1.3 to .6
I just got a kraken clone...to see if buying a real kraken was worth it if the design was good.I built a 1 ohm dual coil and filled it with my favortie 5 pawns absolute pin and.....,.,it was full of this nasty taste, I couldn't find the spice and anise of my favorite juice..just this heavy nasty taste, like vaping couch stuffing.I switched juice to sucide bunny's mother milk, and that tasted fine.
I've vaped 5 pawns juices on a modded dual coil aga-t2.on a aga-t3, on a kayfun lite, and never got this wierd taste.There is more to this vaping than meets the eye, and i'm sure it's going to continue to amaze me, but.If you want to experince the full flavor of 5 pawns juice you may have to find the right atty to do it justice. and that could probablly said of alot of other juices.
although it may be though I've cleaned this atty with detergent and water there is some residual oil that's making it taste so bad

My BAD........took the kraken clone all apart again gave it another cleaning, took a tooth brush to it, put it back together...nasty flavor disappeared.....not sure what people are tasting in the 5 pawns.
By the way if anyone can tell me who has the actual kraken and the clone, if there is much diffrence between them...the clone gave a good vape, but I still think my pulse is alot better.

They do have cartos, but prefer you to bring your own RDA. Most of the shops here are heavily geared towards mechanicals.
