That Smell

I have 100 mg nic from RTS vapes and it has a ''ashy'' scent to it from the bottle,is this normal,i thought good nic was scentless.

Most nic has at least some smell and taste. If you mix it down and flavor it, it might be fine then.

BTW.ive been vaping this for 2 months and its excellent,its also cyrstal clear.

The stronger the NIC the more likely it will have a slight sent. If you mix it down to your normal vaping strength and there is very little to no odor then I wouldn't worry about it. As long as it's vaping good it shouldn't be an issue.
