Hi folks, a total newbie here. Been vaping now for 3 weeks and have ditched the old traditional variety and have no inclination to look back.
I waited for over 3 weeks for my E-cig (starterkit, e-juice, cartomizers etc.) to arrive from the States and sadly did not get the support that I would have liked (or expected) when I queried it from the (un-named) company from which it came.
I saw a link to Ms T's Bakery and went there and ordered some more e-juice (which I am excitedly awaiting receipt of) and stumbled across this forum and a link to Wordup Ecig.
This morning I made an order for cartomizers through Wordup Ecig (for the new e-juice I'd bought) as I decided that I would not purchase again through the initial company.
About 2 hrs later, my phone rings, it's Jeff from Wordup Ecig calling me from the US to discuss my order ... I could not believe it. We got talking and he listened to what I was saying about being new to vaping, my experience with the company I'd bought my initial stock from. He told me that he would put my order on hold and recommended I look at a video for the Joyetech eGo-T, advising there were 2 types and to email him and let me know if I was interested or still wanted my initial order, which would then be processed. We talked some more and he explained the differences between the cartomizers that I currently use that the tank system of the eGo-T. I was suitably impressed and opted for the new "toy" - I watched the vid too which helped in making my decision. The entire outlay, including postage, was less than what I had paid for the initial E-cig (the starterkit of which, I won, might I add).
In the age of computerisation where the common conversation is becoming less used and everything feels kind of detatched, I was ABSOLUTELY floored that I would receive a call from an American supplier (to a customer in Australia) only a couple of hours after placing my order. The call was to touch base with an international customer and make sure that I was happy with my order of 10 packs of Cartomizers and confirm postage figures... seriously, who does that?! Anyone looking to move into the E-cig arena or looking to upgrade, sidestep into a new E-cig, whatever, talk to these guys, they are AMAZING and SO helpful, even assisting in suggestions of liquid to try that comes WITH the kit, not ancillary to.
Impressed does not come close to covering it. Experiences like that leave a lasting impression. In the age of computers, where everything is remote, this is the kind of customer service of old and for those with little experience in the arena of the Ecig, it's a blessing and in today's age, more than a rarity.
I just wanted to share that with you all.
