They just started requiring a signature a couple of months ago.

Also if you follow the tracking number in the delivery instructions it says the "Class", "Amount of insurance" and "Signature required".

When I saw the sig thing I didn't think I would really have to sign for it but I did... I guess when you are sending out a $200 package that is insured for only $50 dollars ya darn well want to know the customer got in their hot little hands.

I'm actually glad a signature is required and if no one is home, it doesn't get left.
Sure, some packages honestly walk off the porch but there's also those packages that dishonestly walk away.

I count myself blessed because on my street, whether it's USPS, UPS, FedEx or carrier pigeon, no package get's a "sorry we missed you."
A package can easily be left with any neighbor. The only slip you'll find in your door is the address of the neighbor who has your stuff. Works out very well for us but for my ProVari....no thanks. I was here to get it myself. :D

My first V2 is coming Monday & guess who's staying home? Stalking is good exercise as is chasing the truck. :)

Hell (can I say that?) ever since I started vaping I have stalked and chased so many Postal Delivers I have seriously been considering starting a 12 step program on ECF. We might even be able to perform "Interventions" for those that don't think they need help but themselves are now being stalked by Federal Postal Investigators.

PS - I have a new one coming also. I managed to snag one of the Polished SS units. I just can't seem to say no to anything shiny with lights that blink. Heck I might even use it to vape with.

Congrats - I'm glad to hear that. I was wondering if you pulled the trigger. I'm still itchy about the mini. RTD just got the AW18490s in & I ordered 3 more just in case I go crazy & order the mini before I even get my first ProVari....ProVari Syndrome.

Enjoy it - I'm sure you will.

10 ProVarii?

Tapped out

Yes 10... I'll keep it a couple months sell it to a buddy & get another.. I've prob sold at least 5 of them on here.. I'm sure it could be proven by a search of my history.. Never once had 1 stolen, I've had tons of item way more expensive left by my mail lady without a sig.

After my 'wrong batteries ordered,' a couple of days back, now I noticed that 3ohm is the recommended carto. I have a hoarders' load of Smoketech 1.7 - 2.0 Resurrectors. Please tell me I'm not going to kill my first 'baby'??!!

I have lots of cartos in that resistance range, the ProVari will work fine. Supposedly your batteries will drain faster, but I haven't noticed a difference. I thinks dem smart people who has meter 'n stuff measure it with those whatchacallit things, so theys can get in fights debates in the really smart people's forums.

Me? I just vape 'til it blinks, then put in a fresh battery. If I lost 20 minutes, I would't know, as long as I have a bunch of batteries charged I don't pay attention to stuff like that.

I have so many things with lower resistances because I used a standard eGo for a long time. The low res was so I could switch devices and not have the eGo get sad and wimpy on me. Using higher res with ProVari gives you the ability to push more power, which is one reason you got it :) and fine tune your vape even more.

With a 1.7Ω device, I usually start at 3.7 volts - which is roughly 8 watts - and then dial around for taste. I like a cooler vape, so most of the time that's too warm for me, but not always. I have a juice that tastes great at 9 watts, and another that tastes burnt over 7w.

Your baby will be fine. :)

((Sign of relief)) I don't have a whatchacallit & am not smart enough to even know what to do with it. I'm in the 'put a batt in & vape' league. I'm not planning on pushing watts or volts, guess I'm just used to my 18650 Joyes, etc. Only 2 settings & I usually have them on the lower one. My main reason for ordering is I'm not to thrilled with the quality of some of the goods coming in & yes, love the fact that my baby will be conceived here in the USA...

Oh snap!
I have trained the UPS and the FedEx people,
after shipping off to sea for 25 years they now know to put my packages in the garage.
now sometimes.. I must admit there are issues!,
There maybe a new UPS man or FedEx guy that just got hired,
so now the training has to be redone!
but much props to the new delivery people, they learn very quickly!

:D
