No dice... No provari for me. :2cool:

No problem.

I know the Provari is not for everyone and one size does not fit all.

I do think people should use what ever they like.

One the one size does not fit all part....sometimes one size does not it a single person. I find I am better off being a three device user.

Why was I the first to "like" this man's OP here?

I love seeing mature peace provoking posts. Always worthy of a positive reinforcing "like".

Also, whenever passion gets the best of us, it's great to remind ourselves and each other that first and foremost. ABOVE ALL, we are all here with the common denominator of not smoking. The rest is just purely social, preferential, and technical differences.

Well put sir

Seeing the streets run with blood is part of my Pseudo-Intellectual Wannabe Anarchist plan to dominate the globe. So stuff your sorry in a sack, Mr. Stik!

See I was out getting drunk last night, thats why I missed the posting

Being out is definitely the preferred option whilst drunk. Posting on message boards whilst inebriated is not recommended. I got myself banned from a message board a couple of years ago for using stupid things people said in quotes as my signature :p

Yes, while I am out drunk, I get in less long term trouble! I usually just get drinks thrown on me, and the occasional twenty-something who is ready to fight. While that is inconvenient in the moment, it is usually forgotten within an hour (in both cases). Unless of course, there is the affections of a young woman involved, causing the belligerent twenty-something's wrath...even then, a timely change of location will almost always diffuse that tense situation...

Forum bans can last a lifetime.

Belligerent is such an apt word to use when describing late teens / 20s males whilst drunk. I was quite impressed when i visited America that you dont seem to get the same 'hotspots' of trouble on friday / saturday nights outside clubs, bars, etc that we get over here (perhaps i just visited the wrong or right places depending on how you look at it!)

If i was out now and a fight became unavoidable I'm not sure whether i would want to protect my provari from damage or see its potential as a blunt instrument ;)

Sadly enough, blunt instrument was one of the first things i thought of while holding the sacred one for the first time

I very rarely drink and belligerence isn't my style, but I am quite capable of being a major pain - especially if the person trying to provoke me doesn't comprehend I'm having fun.

I would never deliberately hurt someone's feelings, but I will absolutely drive a meanie up the wall purely for entertainment.

I don't drink and I think people consider me as easy going but if someone rings my doorbell and I'm in an ornery mood, I will make them wish they didn't. Unsolicited phone calls, you know you can put them on hold for 20 minutes while looking for a credit card that doesn't exist.

That reminds me of one of my funniest "quick on my feet" moments. My oldest was still a baby and we still had a land line but nobody ever called it except marketing/sales.
I would averge atleast 5-6 calls PER day. Id just gotten the baby down for his nap and was looking forward to a nap myself as i think ive been in steady state of sleep dep for about two decades now, when the phone rang.
I thought it was a recording at first, the guy read his script so flawlessly. He was calling from some keep cursewords out of media type thing and finally paused for a breath and said "now do you have kids or grandkids ma'm?"

So i said "..... yes i have kids"
There was an actual audible ... moment and quietly the guy said "uh.. What?"
So i repeated myself.
Another uncomfortable pause before i said "dont call here again" and hung up.

And chuckled with glee :)
