I'm not a big fan of the carts but they're convenient sometimes if I'm out and about. I mostly vape flower. I had a lemon cart one time that tasted amazing, that might've been the best tasting cannabis product I've ever had. That or some plain ol' Lemon Kush

Yes they're all I use 99% of the time. The other 1% is split between the occasional joint and carts.

I tried it when I had terrible back pain. One of the things it does is relieve pain. Well worth a try for you have any type of injury.
