I gotta say that the Smok Alien was my go to device for all of 2017. Lots of bad feedback out there on this mod, but I must be over 60,000 puffs and it is still going strong. Mine has worked flawlessly.

The Smok TFV8 Big Baby Beast and the Crown 3 are my favourite tanks this year and I have multiples of each. I took a break from rebuildables this year as both of these tank's coils last me over a month of daily use. For $3/mo for a coil, I'll leave my Kayfuns, Aromamizers and squonker tanks for a rainy day.

For the year 2017 I'll cast my vote for the Jackie (JAC Vapour Series-B), topped with a Doggy (DoggyStyle RTA) or, the Jackie topped with my beloved Egg Roll (Ego One Mega V2 pop in coil tank).

I'll have to give the Nod to Smoant and OBS this year :
The Battlestars prove to be durable and reliable with excellent reviews all around. The Charon 218 promises to follow in the Battlestars footsteps. Both are well made quality devices.
For Toppers It's the OBS series all the way from The Crius RDTA, the Engine Dual Coil RTA and The Engine Nano single coil. Well designed, leak free, and easy to build on. I have 2 of each.

You are right and I will say it is a durable little mod that I have had for a year now with no problems, and it has it's place in my daily rotation. I just am really loving my Battlestars. Next year this time, we can compare and see what is still working and what has been binned.

Provaris should be ineligible for this list - as should any mod no longer in production (difficult to use the results as a recommended device if they're unavailable)....
So second choice for me goes to;
(Lower wattage)
Eleaf Aster.
Doggystyle for a rebuildable.
Nautilus 2 for drop in coils.

Aspire Archon
Wotofo Conqueror RTA
