Oooh ooh lmk!

Im hoping this is an answer to what im looking for!

ok got it setup. THese are first impressions only. I really need to vape a few tanks for any clue on the life of the coil head and leaking.

I set it up with the stock coil it came with.

The first 3-4 vapes were cool but slowly grew warmer. By vape 5 it was noticeably warmer than a protank. Possibly warmer than an EVOD though I have not used my EVODS enough yet to really be a good judge on that.

Nice vapor production on my twist at lowest setting. Cranking it up just a tiny bit had me blowing clouds of vapor.

Good clean flavor. Not as good as dripping but about as good as you will get with any clearo that I have tried.

I can't judge head life or leaking yet. That takes time. :)

EDIT: For kicks and giggles I did set it up with an old metal vivi nova tank. Works fine.

EDIT 2: I loaded up my AGA-T2 (cotton wicked) with the same juice I put in the aspire.

-The Aspire is a MUCH warmer vape.
-At roughly the same wattage vapor production is about equal.
-The Aspire has a VERY slighly muted taste as compared to the AGA-T2. I think the best way to describe flavor on the Aspire is very carto tank like.
- It does burn through some juice but not near as bad as the AGA-T2

I saw Busardo's review on it and I am going to get a couple of these.. I have been desperately seeking new delivery devices.
I want something easy to deal with that doesn't have such an airy draw (the reason I never got into the ProTank).
My favorite cartos are the Kanger BCs so these should work nicely.....

I live about 10 minutes from nhalers warehouse, a local shop I go to actually gets a lot of info from Drew over at nhaler and they have a few of these aspires in stock that came highly recommended from Drew, I picked 1 up, though I do love it, vapes great, I've just been spoiled with glass, and really don't see myself using these daily until an updated glass aspire hits the market.

I'll pass.
It's the ol scheme of -sell everyone a plastic version before releasing the glass so they also buy that in a month or so- I'm sure kanger or something is right on top of that. Why was I thinking these were glass and held out for them?

from the busardo break down video, aparently all a protank needs to be dual coil is a slightly larger head to accomidate for stacked coils and then one of those coils will have it's wires' ends running through the little tube to ground it from contacting other metals on it's way to the positive pin.

I don't get how these are considered to not need top wicking altering (remove some for thicker juice to avoid burnt hit/add some for thinner juice to avoid gurgle). I'm sure you can take it apart and add/remove wicking, but I think most think this design bypasses that. It's still a bottom coil hence why the original heads had 4 holes for juice to enter them but now they have two. Which means 4 was causing too much gurgle, so they lowered it to 2 but that means less juice enters which means less vapor production. You could drill it out.

I think I'd rather just get a metal/glass dual coil drip tank like this if not just wait for the glass BDC Phoenix Rebuildable Atomizer - V5 (Dripper) - Rebuildable Atomizer (RBA) - Accessories - AltSmoke
have to make sure ^ is built right to not possibly blow up a battery, and have to refill every few hits, but no worrying about the top wicking being the perfect amount.

If you plan on building these yourself, you'll most likely have to solder non-conductive wire to the main wire which I must assume all factory-made coils have because it would otherwise burn the rubber/plastic grounding sleeves that the top-most coil has so those leads don't short out on anything i.e theses wire: "...one of those coils will have it's wires' ends running through the little tube to ground it from contacting other metals on it's way to the positive pin."

Even if they make a glass version, better to just get a true rebuidalbe dual coil and can try quad coils or even 12X coils I've seen.
