When you made the banner, you saved it as .jpg!
That killed the quality and I instantly spotted it by looking at the text.
The area around the text is blurred. Not to mention the e-cig and vapor.
A banner is the first place people see when viewing a forum, I really do suggest you save it as a lossless format like .png.
I'm not trying to berate you guys, just, yeah. That should really be a nice, clear image with no compression.
