Sorry for the delay. On 2/19/10 we received a cease & desist order from the city & county of San Francisco City Attorney.

We can not go into details of the legal matter but we had to stop advertising & selling.

We refunded all pending non-shipped orders just in case our accounts where frozen.

Our attorney advised us not to say anything further on public forums for now.

We hope we will be able to solve this in a timely manner.

We want to assure you that it has nothing to do with the safety or quality of our products.

I paid on the Feb.11 received it in 16th, looks like I got lucky. The house blend (60/40) was a good mix, liked that vapor. Poof, just when I thought I'd found some good juice.....

i paid for 8 bottles (and recieved 16, thanks to that great sale . very unfortunately, i don't like quite a few of them. the vanilla and cotton candy have what i would call bad flavors. the fruit flavors (except for apple, wild cherry and the 2 that are mixed with the chocolate) are also not what i would call stellar. however, i do like some of them. all the juices containing the menthol have a great menthol flavor, the ones with the fruits (watermelon chill, cool cherry, and raspberry ice) are not quite as good as the pure menthol (the 'fruit' flavoring is, as i said, not the greatest). also, the chocolate is not bad, even decent enough to make the chocolate cherry and chocolate strawberry tolerable).

final score: out of 16 bottles, i would call 2 unvapable (vanilla and cotton candy), 5 last-resort vapes (watermelon, strawberry, raspberry, fruit-punch, and raspberry/watermelon), 3 so-so vapes (apple, chocolate/strawberry, and chocolate cherry), and 6 acceptable to very good vapes (menthol, cool cherry, watermelon chill, raspberry ice, chocolate, and wild cherry)

these were all 0-nic juices (i got a 5v PT, the 18mg juice i was using was kicking my ...., so i decided to just lose the nic altogether. haven't had a single craving that the 0-nic juice couldn't handle) in the house mix (60/40 VG to PG). vapor production has been great for all the juices (good flavor or no) and they still give a moderate throat-hit (i hate throat-hit, but i figure if i'm going to talk about the juices, i might as well mention it).

also, all the juices smell at the very least pleasant (even the ones that didn't taste very good) and most of them (more than 3/4, i'd say) smell like what they're labeled.

all in all, paid $41 for the 16 bottles, and while not all of the flavors are great, i've got 6 bottles (180ML of juice) that i quite enjoy (plus some others that aren't terrible), and at that price i paid about $0.23/ML for the 6, which is a darn good price based on what i've seen in my various juice-hunting excursions. it's possible that if i'd opted for extra flavor, some of the other juices might have made their way into my favorites, but i can't really say for certain.


also, sorry to see you've encountered some legal troubles. after the case is over (or as soon as you're allowed to talk about it) i'm sure we'd all love to hear about it
