I placed an order with them and am having a He!! of a time paying for it.
I have an old paypal account under hubby's name and paypal will not let me pay because the bill from bearjuice was sent to my email acct and not the one registered to pay pal.......grrrrrrrrrr
I sent bearjuice my phone # and explained the problem, now waiting for them to call me, so we can get this paid for.

I HATE PAY PAL!!!!!!!!

thats what happened to me, except they "canceled" the paypal order they sent to my email (which doesnt even have a paypal) and sent a payment request to my fiances paypal, BUT thats a canadian paypal and im not there anymore. lol....

Wow, thanks for all the support. We are very swamped at the moment & we are at 50% because 2 of us are out with the flu & they are not allowed anywhere near us or the Store.

We apologize for not getting back to some of you.

I will do my best to answer your questions here:

gratefulme: Im so sorry about not contacting you, i have searched through the e-mails & did not see one from you. Please if you still need help, let me know.

lorikay13: Sales for strengths above 24 where less than 10% since we opened so it was decided that we will discontinue those strengths to cut costs.

pcqueene: You can still ask for Double Flavor @ it is still 0.50 per bottles. It is still charged on your bill even with the Free bottles.

Other notes.

It was my fault that shipping e-mails did not go out. I want to say sorry for that. i won't make an excuse I just couldn't get to them.

We are working hard to get the orders out & I will send out notifications when they are shipped out.

We caught up with billing, 24 hrs behind on filling orders & 48 hours out from shipping.

Thank you all for understanding & all your support.

Gotta get back to the bottles,

I would like to try your juice but am wondering why you no longer make the high nic stuff?24 just doen't cut it for me. I see alot of this happening. Is there a reason?

We stopped higher than 24 because sales for higher than that are slow. So to cut costs we stopped those.

I know. I even emailed them about this, and I couldn't get a response. They just ignored me. It's to bad really, because I was excited about ordering from them.

I think you have to specify in your order and they will add to your invoice. I asked for double flavor on all my order last week and they billed me for it. What I don't like is that they don't confirm when your order is shipping or respond to emails other than orders.

Sorry about that, its my fault. Like I said we are swamped & i know its not an excuse. JJ said he sent you a confirmation. If he was mistaken Im sorry.

I think we got it worked out, payed through hubby's pay pal account! Yipeee!
