If you can do that, do I just order under the custom and add a comment to explain what I want?

Hey JM,

You can ask for what ever you like as long we have it. Prices do not change unless you want double flavor, we charge an extra $0.50 for each bottle that has DF.

In resonse to some e-mail complaints & someone ratting us out, we have closed the store to orders for the time being. All pre-orders have been refunded.

All paid orders have been shipped.

It kind of ticks me off that instead of allowing us to try & fix the issue, this person or persons would alert authorities & payment processors.

Well i guess we ...... them off because we have a cheap & good product & they sell crappy Dekang resell junk. It is people like that that make things harder on everyone.

Since they are little children & will not reveal themselves, we have no choice but to hold off.

Im sorry to everyone, but we have no choice right now. But we will re-open. I guess we are a threat somehow.

I am deeply disturbed by this. You gave more than ample warning about the delivery situation on your Web site and also in this thread. Anyone who submitted payment did so with full knowledge of the situation concerning stock and projected delivery time.

Rules that were made to keep merchants honest were used against you because you were honest and self-disclosing. I fail to understand how you could get email complaints. Nobody had to place an order.

Now, anyone who ordered is forced to continue watching this thread to learn when they will be allowed to order instead of just going about their own life.

I will PM you about this situation.

Hey All,

We have been getting e-mails with a lot of quesions so I will try & answer some here.

1) Why did you cancel my pre-order? We did that so if we get shut down peoples money is not stuck.

2) Who ratted you out? We have no idea. If we did you can bet we would post it.

3) When will you re-open? We are aiming for Nov 1st. Our supplies have not yet reached customs. But from our previous order we hope we will get it by that time.

4) Are you going to change your prices? No. Our prices are fair & will stay the same. Shipping rates as well.

5) Are you going to get more flavors? Not right away but we do have plans for it. We will/are working on custom flavors with our current supply such as my favorite CHEERY MENTHOL & JJ's favorite RASPBERRY WATERMELON which tastes really close to the purple sprees.

So that's it for now. i will keep this thread updated.

Thanks for the support & don't worry, we are not going anywhere.

I just wanted to toss in a post to show support of JJ and the rest of the guys behind the Bear Juice.

I had heard some good reports of their juice on the forums so decided to place an order to try. I submitted an order Saturday afternoon for some Cinnamon at 36mg, and some 0mg Cotton Candy and Cherry to test for flavor. All bottles were 30ml. With shipping it was around $30 (a bit less I think), which is a steal. My payment went through to them around 7pm EST.

Monday afternoon when I got home from work, my juice was in the mailbox! From California to Kentucky in 1 business day is INSANELY fast shipping! I was blown away.

All of the juices are AMAZING tasting. The cinnamon is exactly like eating a bunch of red hot candies. I love it! The other flavors were great as well.

My only concern was that the juices tend to settle and separate rather quickly, so I have to make sure I shake the bottles well before filling, something I am not used to doing. Hopefully they aren't separating in my carts as well. Other than that, awesome service and awesome flavors!
