The best 510 drip tips for heat dispersing?

...Hi,
...so w/heavy atomizer use (ZAP, in my case)... what tips do the best job of minimizing and dispersing the heat build-up?
...any thoughts welcome..
...ran a search for threads.. didn't see the answers.. Thanks for your input(s).

I would think the metal tips would be the least desired, but they seem to be the most popular from the pics that I have seen.

I'm using a Bull Box mod tip on my AGA T+.
