I'd like to know the statistics on this. How many medications or products under control of the FDA have ever been approved for public use only to be recalled, banned or production stopped on them years down the road after their initial "approval" because studies showed they caused various health problems ?
I think the FDA themselves have proven to be an unreliable source to stamp their seal of approval on what people can and cannot buy for there own use.
