Out of all of the top coil CE4 style clearomizers available right now, which do you think is the best choice? I would say I'm leaning toward the iClear 16 with it's dual coils. As far as I know the iClear 16 is the only 1.6ml clearo to offer dual coil, am I right? They hit like a freight train and surprisingly I don't think the extra wicks rob any of the flavor. I got my first one with the MVP, two actually, and remember i was hooked! I don't use them exclusively because I use BCC as well but as far as top coil I gotta go with it. Here's an iClear 16 article that is pretty informative for anyone reading this post who hasn't tried one yet, which hopefully after reading some comments you will! What does everyone else think? Yes or no and why?

I think there are a bunch of different delivery systems because not everyone likes the same thing.
I liked the CE4s, but the leaking, hard to clean, fiddlyness is a bit of a pain.
I like the vivi novas but now that i've tried some with an airy-er draw I'm liking them less.

Right now i'm LOVING Evods, despite loathing the T3 i'd tried.
I like the warmer vape I got out of top coils, but the light draw and great flavor and painless use has won me over.

my 2c is to find a site that sells a couple different types you want to try, order 1 of each and give them a whirl.
I'm glad I got over my kanger prejudice and tried the evods....

I've heard good things about the iclears, but I haven't tried one yet.
joe's has a sale posted on them through fasttech however!

Top coil, small form factor - I still have to give it to Kanger for the T2 with 1.8ohm coils.
Never had a bad vape off them.

Bottom coils - I found the Kanger T3-Mini to out perform most other BCC's including all Kangers except the Evod. I was actually set back by the Evods instant performance.

yup I'd say the EVOD beats all clearos with performance/consistency

Top coil I am still a fan of the V2 Liquimax. Which is essentially a V2 branded Kanger T4. They have lasted for months with recleaning and many different types of juices. I have a few that are still in service after 3 months. Only failure I have had is one having the base seperate from the tank. Other than that they are the Energizer Bunny of top coil clearos. Second choice would be the SI X2 clearo which is essentially a Vision Clearo 2.0. They give great flavor and vape but find you need to keep them topped off more because the wicks have a harder time staying wet due to the wider body when the liquid gets low. The advantage of the Vision version is the heads are interchangeable with several different resistances.

Bottom coil my new favorite is the T3 mini. Draw is a little airy and flavor is a tad muted, but still like it better than any other bottom coil. I do find that it works better on my regular batteries over my spinner as the spinner has a shorter-cut-off time and the mini requires a bit longer draw.

For top coil / dual coil clearos, these work very well and seem well made:

Dual Coil CE5 eGo Clearomizer - MyFreedomSmokes.com

My present preference is EVOD but I have some of the above and I plan to buy more -- change of pace and they do perform very well.

The X2 clearos from SI, aka stardust, are my fav top coil as well. I use those when I'm in the mood for a warmer vape. Most of the time, I find myself using the T3 clearo, also from SI(so glad they decided to carry those so we don't have to use an adaptor) since they are the lowest maintenance I have found. Works like a dream on my X2 900mAh auto batt.

The iClear16 is my main, I've had mine for a month now and have had zero problems with them. They do go through more e-liquid than a single coil device, but that's to be expected. The trade-off in superior vapor production and throat hit is worth it to me.

I didn't have any luck with the T3. Gurgling, airy, muted flavor and then leaks. The T3 mini is great. Holds enough liquid for me and though not as warm or flavorful as a top coil, it is pretty good. Give one a try. I was not expecting much after my crappy results with the T3 but was pleasantly surprised.
