My do-it-yourself mixes are my favorites, what I use every day, though I still sample commercial to see what is out there. With some of the Holiday specials run by vendors it is a good time to try things.

Yeah RY-4 is smooth it is a good one! I voted cuban..I just like cuban and it mixes well with my fruit flavors. Also 555 is top notch!Is it just me or does RY-4 taste like caramel kind of like reminds me of a milk way candy bar mixed with tobacco?

I hear good things about 555. There are also a few Canadian ones that might be worth a try like do more eh and belmont mild which are probably the 2 most popular analogs in Toronto.

I'm not exactly sure because it's been 35+ years since I "borrowed' a few of my Dads Pall Mall Reds. But, from what I remember it is very, very close and definitely a good strong tobacco flavor. I got 36mg. It IS what got me off of analogs when my menthol flavors weren't cutting it.

I have been mixing it with my favorite RY4 from LiquidXpress .... to tone it down just a pinch. Its full flavored for sure.

These "Best Tobacco" threads pop up all the time and I like to hear what others have to say. When I bought my first starter kit I was impressed with how much it tasted like tobacco. Almost a month later and I have yet to find another flavor that tastes anything like tobacco to me. I have tried Wyatt Earp, Pure Cig, Virginia (multiple vendors), Pall Mall and RY4 (multiple vendors). Many of them taste OK but I do not taste tobacco in any of them. Also the TH I got from those free samples in the kit is not present in any of these that I tried. I am trying to figure out what was in those samples and buy that but at this point I am going to be sleeping in the basement if I order anything else this month.

LOL. I'm in the doghouse already, trying to worm my way back to having access to the basement!! I tend to like the Ry4 and its variations really well. I've tried LiquidExpress, (excellent) Gourmet Vapor Ry5 (very good) and just yesterday received some Ry3 from Liberty Flights (very good). The problem is, all the others are gone but the Ry3, and it's only 5ml as I had to sneak in three small bottles on my Ego order. Plus, I've got about three months of other flavors that I need to make a dent in before ordering anything else
