Sorry guys, but I just wanna say that I think it's really bad form to use forums to bash vendors - a bit like airing your dirty laundry in public. Nobody is perfect. Nobody can get it right 100% of the time. My experience of Cameron at e-cigz london is that he has always given excellent customer service, so I dunno, maybe it comes down to your approach.

well, i was just explained what happened to me.. i didnt blame Cam for the delay on the order, but the delay on responding the emails.. ofc i dont know how many emails he has to respond, but still..

Ill place another order on e-cigz.co.uk, and ill see how it goes this time

Valter, we were just unlucky last time mate and like I said in one of my emails "there is nothing to I can do at this point to speed the process up."

I can send items Fedex however this is quite expensive so all we can really use is the Royal Mail Recorded Signed for service.

I'm sure your current order will arrive in a week or so.

I ordered a GGTS from Cameron back in Feb.I received an empty box.There was some delay in answers but finally was told that Cameron needed to contact Royal Mail 45 days from order placement. So far nada.

Ye, i know that using other FedEx would be expensive and you have to stick to Royal Mail :\ Again, i didnt told it was your fault, since this seems to be a global issue with orders from UK. Glad you came here and posted
