Not sure when they will be available again. They were $25 plus shipping though, so ended up being about $30. About $10 more than expected. I got one anyway, had to have another tank.

Yeah I ended up getting one too.. I would hate for something to happen and not have an extra tank

This seems to work great for me. Sure, it's four holes, but it wicks pretty well (bit of faceplate squeezing helps, though!), and this carto is of the really, really resilient kind. I've been using it since Saturday without a hitch.

I agree. So I got a cordless one the other day.. i do 5 at a time.. so there ready. Usually with breakfast which has not included beer :beer: for quite sometime. Lol
I already where glasses so I guess I have 2 less steps...

I noticed the other day by accident if I leave the red oring from the + post off the draw is much lighter. This I prefer but wonder if this would be okay to remove..
maybe DD can clarify if its ok to run without that guy in there?. .. even though I'm sure it's there for a reason.

can anyone tell me if this will take a regular cartamizer of if it needs a long one? I wanted to practice with punching and stuff befor the BB comes and I won "can u imagine I never win anything exept getting in on the perorder here" but I won a contest with a 20.00 gift to here.

Hmmm, I must be doing something wrong. I can't seem to get a slot to look like yours. Maybe I am doing it to much or putting too much pressure. I mucked one carto up already trying it out

I have better results in low the lowest setting. With those thin cut wheels.. its a breeze. Let the tool do all the work.. you just keep steady pressure and control..

I did not have any leaks in mien while it was sitting in the box, however I think using a pipe cutter which slightly curved the cut end inward caused it to not have a connection with the brass ring.
. So I never got to try
The one you posted takes a 45 mm so that would not work on the bb but by the time you get a bb you would be changing the carto anyway, I don't see any other tanks other than the tube tanks that they sale. You could always get it and a few cartos to play with since you won a GC, and then get the 35mm cartos for the bb when it gets here
This thing is performing like a champ with just one punched hole 50/50 grants vanilla custard with a 1.7ohm single coil. Very impressed with this and it hasn't even been 24hrs yet. I can't wait for my second one to come in June and extra tanks.
Thanks Crocky I kinda figured it was a longer carto tank, I'm a fiddler too so really don't think there will be a problem waiting for the BB.
Quese I'll just get a little more juice to try out. and one of those tank filler things that looks like it would be of help. Still need to find one of the tips for inserting the carto, without cutting the rings.
