Maybe it is because I ordered and used the prebuilt coils, but mine worked great out of the box, but the leaking is killing me. Once I got the thing feeding good, rarely a dry hit. I am not going to try and spell his name, but the owner of the shop that makes them, is a super nice and helpful guy. I can send you the emails he sent me with lots of videos and tips if you're interested. Just PM me your email (or anyone else who wants them). Might be tomorrow evening before I can send them, working day shift this weekend and go to bed early.

The diver in the BB works greats, but I must agree it seems like no matter what it will eventually leak or flood. I think the leaking has to be the most annoying because the liquid ends up behind the tank, and that makes it a pain in the ... to get out without using something to pull it out....

Really hoping for a rebuildable built specifically for the BB that doesn't have these issues. Honestly at this point I don't mind using the slotted cartos for the ease of use, can't beat hassle free, even if the flavor does get muted.

I re-did the forum so when you arrive at the forum as a guest, you see all of the forums, instead of the one when you visit Billet Box Forums.

Sorry for the confusion about that (If some of you thought it was only one). ;) I am really trying to make it a more-friendly forum for BB users.. ;)

OH... remember that one where I said folks would kick themselves for not finding one little bit of information? The one about the coffee drink?

Bit of insight: I really did spell out the thought process and narrow down to the three possible options ... really down to one 'cause the other two were kind of covered by another guess ... and praying that some flavor didn't play into it.

But a little more thinkthinkthink and bit of searching confirmed, that the answer was with us the whole time. . . .

If someone had the proper tools, you know, a CNC machine or something :pop: , the bases cold be made to extend down to be even with the positive pin, where it would seal against the BB positive contact silicone ring. Could be sold with three different air holes drilled into the side, 1.25, 1.5, and 2mm for adjustable airflow preference. Just saying :hubba:

Stick to the standard res pre punched cartos - the ones with the bigger holes seem to work best for me. I have a Diver, but I haven't been able to make a high enough res coil to go through the process of cutting or sanding it down for the BB.
I dunno... The thing I love about the BB is the simply. You can get such a fantastic vape with an old school, tried and true carto. No reason to try and improve on perfection, you know?
