I'm positive that's what I did, over tightened the ring. It squished the o-ring, deformed it, caused me to "fix" it, and now it's broke. Oh, the squishing the red o-ring also seems to cause a tight draw. So there are multiple reasons to follow the easy to follow instructions that I didn't follow.

Not to worry, o-rings are easy to fix! :)

I have 2 Phiniac pouches. One that feels like fake leather and one that feels real. The real feeling one is a little smaller and fits the BB like a glove.

So, I finally got around to cutting down one of the Raven fillerless cartos I ordered. Im pretty happy with the job I did considering my limited resources. The only tools I have for the job are a junior hacksaw, a vice and some sandpaper. The cut was pretty straight, and I got the length bang on :)

Now, the vape: Gurgle gurgle gurgle - burnt taste - A LOT of juice dumpes all over inside of BB. Im pretty sure thats not right...

Not terribly impressed so far.

I think you guys are crazy for all the experimenting going on with the BB before you can even hope to get another one for months and months.
But thank you.

Fiddling with the cartos is not something that's going to hurt the BB. I don't plan on doing any mods to my BB at all, but fiddling with cartos - sure! Why not! :)

I really wondering if you all are damaging the joint where the connector meets the tube body when you are modding them. Really eager to get the flangeless stardards when they become available.

all of my testing with the Raven or anything else I may try, will be outside the BB. Hell when a carto goes bad and dumps a little juice inside it I freak. I have found that on sunny days if I'm in the car with the windows down, I get some pressurization that forces some leaking, have to really watch that.

I don't even have one yet, and I'm already modding!

Vape Claus brought me a little BB tank today. There is now no doubt the "BSD Condor" :D will work perfectly in the Billet Box(hey, Gotvapes dreams up names for stuff all the time, and so can I lol)!

perfect fit

Will wick it and rig some power to it this weekend and vape a tank or two. Then off it goes to Utah for a look see.

Actually, it's pretty easy. Only tools I used were a drill, grinder, round file, sharpening stone, and a micro torch to solder the stem in. Oh and an ultra sonic cleaner works great for getting rid of the flux and other debris.

Ouch! Make sure to always have a few boxes of cartos on hand for cases like this. :)
