I don't think it's the vendors but the companies that process credit cards for them.
Which is bad because there aren't that many that want to deal with e-cigs.

Here's a weird situation, hoping for some guidance. Day before yesterday I rinsed out my tank with cool water, let it dry and put it back into the BB empty. Let it sit until tonight and the tank has completely frosted over! Anyone know what in the world would cause something like that to happen?
It is in fact the inside, but it wasn't frosted before I rinsed it. That's the confusing part.![]()

That's a complete possibility. But now, even with juice in it, it doesn't appear semi-clear. It's totally frosted. Not a big deal at all, just came as a shock when I pulled it out.

has to be the juice, cinnamon is killer on polycarb, but this is PTEG. It is more chemically resistant... but still, over a long period of time it can be attacked... the problem will be solved shortly, I have had the Delrin stock laying around for a while to make tank faces out of, i just haven't had the time.. but, it isn't clear, you will be able to see the juice level through it but it's nowhere near as neat-o as the clear plastic... the bottom line is there is just no better clear plastic for the job (i tried EVERYTHING).. PETG is the best, but still... over time what is happening is that the chemicals (main suspect: aromatic hydrocarbons) attack the clear plastic and change it's density, expanding and contracting it as the fluid level rises and drops, while the delrin body remains unaffected... this is stress cracking the clear plastic in your case,,, which is fine as it won't leak from that, this is just cosmetic... these cracks now act like expansion joints in concrete, and are now taking up the movement.. when i tested the polycarbonate tanks, i was not really worried about juice cracking them, i knew some would and it was just my personal stance that if a juice can destroy plastic, i really don't want it in my lung holes. My opinion is not the holy grail however, so i started a quest for a better plastic, PTEG is the best CLEAR plastic i could get, and I tested the tanks with as much "tank cracker" juice i could. A strong cinnamon juice definitely hurt the plastics feeling, but it did not leak... I can't vouch for what anyone puts in there juice so this becomes a really hard thing to get to the bottom of, but i can tell you that when i have just a bit of time, i will run a batch of the delrin faced tanks and that should hold ANY e-juice on up to battery acid!Any reason my tank is splintering? I don't leave it outside in the car etc. always with me. Never dropped it. This tank sees only one e juice. Never seen anything else other than MBV cinnamon roll. So it is not a tank craker. Never touched the screw heads excelt to put in the BB or wipe down, or anything else on the tank for that matter

Awesome update yet again DD... One heck of an operation my friend..

I've sent out a couple more "prototypes" of my rba .. they should receive them today. ..
The finished atty will be titanium [grade 5] same stuff for replacing bones and stuff...lol
Here is a pick of my Father's Day gift I made for myself
It's made from the same titanium the rba carto will be turned from.. looks nice I think...
For the tank troubles I have been working on a pyrex tank... should have something finished soon. (Crossing fingers)
