As much as I love the performance, the leaking is maddening. It's out of the line up till new o rings arrive. Very sad. :(

I agree. Love, love the device and flavor. I swear the leaking is getting worse. I'm hoping to hear about the orings soon. I tried to buy them even but they were sold out.

I am a little upset about the oil as these were professionally cleaned after they left the machine shop. They were in the bubble wrap when I received them. I do apologize for the oil. I am going to open them all tomorrow and check them out.

I am glad that you are enjoying it. Replacement tanks and o-rings are on their way.

Thats good to hear, just got mine on Monday night, ran home last night to try it out. Syringed the droplets out that were in the tank with water three times. Machine oil taste is horrific. Wont fire on the precise or the caravela. Center pin is in too far. Did get it to fire a little with GGTS by removing the control tank and just screwing on to the atty connection, wasnt real good as was barely firing a little. Did see where you are suppose to press down on the post. Any thoughts, I was pressing on it like my life depended on it - not moving.

Dont know about leaking yet, yikes, left it sit as I had to go to bed and am now at another job since midnight. Will report back.

I am guessing that yours was sent out before I checked and cleaned them all. Was it in bubble wrap or a velvet bag? They were delivered to me in bubble wrap. I took them apart, cleaned them out, adjusted the center post, and packed them in velvet bags. I do apologize for the issues, I was informed that these would be ready to go when I got them.

As far as the center post, yes they are tight. I screwed them on to a mod, backed them off just slightly, then pushed the screw against a hard surface. I did about 50 of them this way so far.

Either way, I will make sure that everybody who has paid for a bliSS will wind up with a fully functional bliSS.

I also want to thank everybody here for their patience dealing with this. This was the first run of a brand new product. Improvements will be made on future products, and Dave has some interesting things lined up. The center pin issue has been addressed as I am adjusting them before shipping now. The leaking issue seems to be isolated. Of all the the ones sold locally I have only had one complaint (and this is a pretty tight nit group of people). I am hoping that the larger o-rings will rectify that issue completely.

Thanks Jason, will press it against a hard surface when I get home. Yes, mine was in bubble wrap. DocDave is probably beside himself since they sent them out like this to you. Thanks for the speedy response.

Mine hasn't leaked a drop.
I hope new o-rings fix the problem for you. :)

I took the top cap and USd it as a little hammer to knock the ce ter pin down. It's tight as hell but it does move. fret that it fit and worked on everything I owned.

Leaking has been a bit of an issue for me too. I was waiting to say anything to be sure about it. But others are ha ing the same issue.

just to let all of you know, docdave and jayson have been EXTREMELY responsive to my pm's and issues.

They are on it. I have complete confidence that my and your issues will be resolved. They have thus far provided excellent customer service.

Maybe after we get this resolved I'll be able to sleep at night. :)

own my OWN business. I completely understand. The fact that you have been so responsive is half the battle. At least people do not feel like they are being left out in the cold.

These things have a way of always working out, and communicating is the key. thanks again.
