I was more the other way around. I realized that I was finishing a stinky simply because it was already lit, while I could put down my mod when the craving was satisfied (and pick it up again for a quick puff when the cravings started again). Nowadays, I'm vaping 4mg juice (down from 18mg when I started), and have a second tank with 0mg that I can chain vape when I'm bored.

Been Vaping 8 months now. Every time I step down the nic I end up chain vaping for a week or so. Then I settle in to a normal schedule again. I can vape all day at work and at home so it can be tough not to go at it too much on any given day. I just got a Kthulhu RTA, chain vaping with that thing uses about 100 mils of juice per week. Adjust your gear or nic content till you get to where you want to be.

But I agree chain vaping may end up being the worst part, healthwise, of vaping. Since I got the new tank and have been using so much juice over the last month, I've picked up a small cough in the morning I used to not have with "weaker" tanks.

20ml a day, sometimes more, all via dripping as it's what works for me. So, yeah, if I had smoked like I vape I would have died a decade ago. At least I'm at 2mg, and sometimes 0. Some days are better than others but for the most part I have a mod within reach most of the time, and take a puff whenever I feel like it.
