first off yes....ok heres a detailed breakdown an ego t is a battery with 510 thread an atty with 510 thread and a tank which goes into the atty, which in turn screws onto the batt that is the whole setup the t in the name is just for the tank and the special atty. OK now remove the tank and special atty u have just the battery order some 510 thread clearomizer screw it in the batt and ur good to go. also some boge 2.0 cartos 510 thread directly into batt and ur also good if u get a regular ego atty (not tank) and a drip tip and u can drip directly so yes u can use clearomizers or cartomizers or directly drip the possibilities are endless i recently figured this out and i love my ego more and more now any other questions plz dont hesitate

You can also remove the "plate" from the ego-t atty (the part that holds the wick) and drip directly onto the coil. It's a bit deep, so isn't *ideal* for dripping, but it can be done.
