Did any of you have this, and if so, how long did it take for your body to adjust, if ever? I don't have it severely, but it's there.

I think for a week or so when I first started I had a bit of a dry throat, don't have it anymore. When I was feeling dry I just had a bottle of water near by to sip on. Or tea. ;)

It took me about a week as well. In the interim, green tea with honey and lemon was a great way around it! It also tastes great with a Pear or Pineapple cartomizer! Double bonus!

I also switched to Biotene mouthwash and toothpaste at the recommendation of another member - it made a huge difference. You can buy it at most drugstores (and perhaps the grocery) in the toothpaste aisle. It was made to combat dry mouth symptoms. Good stuff there!

I know what you mean about that dry/sore throat. When I first started vaping, it felt like shards of glass for awhile! Seriously thought I was allergic to the PG. Found a tip on the forum that saved my bacon though and got me through the transition stage. Try this - find yourself some smallish HARD candy mints (I used some certs ones). When you start vaping, pop one in your mouth and vape along with it. Had a bit of a minty taste with what I was vaping but ... it sure solved the problem! No more sore throat. I had tried the 'drinking more' as well but that didn't work but have a hard candy in my mouth really did the trick. I'm thinking because it encourages saliva production or something. Anyway, give it a try and see what happens. And good luck ... it is SO worth it and I'm sure it will pass.
