13. The e-cig was placed in front of a television and subjected to a marathon of every episode of Jersey Shore ever produced. The e-cig did not explode.

14. The e-cig was forced to play 8 hours of online FPS video games vs. cocky 13 year-old pros. Despite being characterized by its opponents with various euphemisms for "flaming", the e-cig did not explode.

15. The e-cig was dropped on colony LV-426 from orbit, just to be sure. Unfortunately, the e-cig did not explode.

The last paragraph of White Cloud's press release states

There was a rumor that a second man also had an E Cigarette explode, but no documentation can be found for that incident.

The folks at White Cloud must not have heard about or seen a copy of the lawsuit filed in federal court against Puresmoker and Radio Shack's battery company in CO two weeks ago.

The last several sentences of White Cloud's press release state

However, given the experiments by White Cloud, it seems unlikely that an e-cig could explode on its own. Perhaps someone put a practical joke e-cigarette load into the tip of the e-cig like an old film with the Three Stooges or Abbott and Costello. However, even after inflicting the tortures of the damned, the White Cloud e-cig mythbusting team was unable to get anything more than a puff and certainly not a pop or a bang from their e-cigs.

Don't think its helpful to publicly doubt reported explosions of e-cigarette products.
