This forum is HUGE. There are over 15,000 registered users, and about 3000 unique visitors per day. Forums like this have a sort of information overload. The same questions get asked by newbies every month and then are lost behind 400 new posts. And yet there are still things I can’t figure out because it’s nearly impossible to find them on the forum.

Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a place that distilled down all the information on this forum into a compact, concise, and comment free form? A good example would be the massive thread about Smoking Everywhere vs FDA which is high on comments and low on facts. What if there was an E-Cigarette Wiki article for FACTS and news, perhaps:

Smoking Everywhere vs FDA 2009 - E-Cigarette Wiki (which ironically is blank).

If you have experience with Wikipedia, keep in mind that almost all the uptight rules there (sources, notability) don’t apply (at least not too much) to the E-Cigarette Wiki. The only rules rigorously enforced are those regarding copyright violations (especially photographs). The Wiki could really use some USER MADE photographs released under the GNU.

-Hope to see you there and Happy Editing!
